- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, pricing has many factors such as size of the item, age, condition, amount of detail work etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made we try to make things as smooth as possible. Once hired we either make an appointment to come to the location to do onsite repairs or make arrangements to have the item picked up or dropped off at the shop. Once the job is completed to the customers satisfaction the item is returned to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend twice a year work shops in furniture repair/restoration and wood working to further my knowledge and continuing education.
