Amazing results! I’ve worked out on my own for years but never got the results I was looking for. Within a month Diego had me down 12lbs and I see muscles I didn’t know I had! There’s no shortcut but Diego knows the proper “healthy” diet and exercise to get results. So happy!!

I’ve trained with a few trainers, by far Diego Sebastian Fitness is the best! From his consultation, detailed meal plan and target goals for training! I have to say that every thing is on point in building, defining and maintaining the muscle groups . I’m happy with the results I see. I am very excited about maintaining this fit life and sharing it with my family! So grateful for Diego mentoring me through this journey!!
