Responded to my inquiry right away on a Sunday morning and set a time to replace my failed water heater the same day. Called in advance to let me know that he was running a little ahead of schedule. David was very courteous and I am well satisfied with the installation. Cleaned up the mess left by the rusty, leaking old water heater. He also had a short message on the Thumbtack sight that told me everything I needed to know to make my decision. I would use him again.

David is the first one to respond with reasonable price. Every body else are higher by more than $200 or more. He answered my questions even after 10:00pm. He is on time for the job. Most of all he is honest, calms and doing his job professionally.

This HVAC company is a family-owned and -operated business. He does an honest, trust-worthy and reliable job. Dave was thorough and didn’t mind answering all of my many questions. He explained what he was going to be doing as well as detailing why we needed a gas water heater unit and what steps to take next. He did an excellent job in the installation…very professional, neat and at a great price. Overall, I am completely satisfied and happy doing business with them. I would highly recommend this company.
