FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work with the customer however I can. If the customer has a slim budget for the project, I’ll adjust my scope of work, to deliver a great product, but maybe a slightly different level of quality. It’s like shopping for a new car, everyone wants the Mercedes, but if you’re like me, all I can afford is the Hyundai, still a quality product, that will last for years and years to come.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I aim to completely understand the requests of my customer. I don’t believe in their being a such thing as asking “too many questions”. To better achieve a positive result, and over all experience, I try to over clarify, and recap with the customer as much as possible to ensure we’re both on the same page. Most issues that pop up on a project derive from under-communication. If needed I try to help the customer with product choices, and selecting proper approach. If needed , I’ll swing by and try to meet face to face, and get eyes on the project with the customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been in and around many different service industries. Doing what I do now, is a marrying of many years of experience in several different fields.
