About this pro
VERY happy with Tim and our experience working with him. Very professional, punctual ( on time, gave accurate ETAs, easy to schedule with), brought everything up to code and didn’t charge extra. Got a great deal and excellence service! Would definitely recommend! A great example of what working with a professional should be like in this industry.May 21, 2018Verified
Tim is awesome, personally and professionally he was top notch. Came in, through his shoe covers on right away. I told him to take them off, his reply was "I don't do floors." True professional and right away you can tell he's kind. I was really worried about this repair, my furnace was making a noise so loud the neighborhood could hear it. Not only did he easily fix that without requiring any parts. The furnace is quieter than it was before. He even cut a door in my furnace for a filter (which it didn't have), and built a cradle for it, for such a low price and high quality, I'm feel like I robbed him. It's great to find someone that I know I can trust with this stuff from now on. He'll be back this summer to replace my AC and possibly replace this 25 year old furnace. Thank you so much Tim it was a pleasure. In the pic below this door did not exist an hour ago, replacing the filter was stupid.Sep 25, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My Standard service fee is $69 I go by flat rate pricing for repairs, replacements and add-ons. (Air quality products) This insures reasonable prices while still being able to maintain the cost of operating my company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? There are many different customers with different heating and cooling needs. I like to get to know the customers and address their issues directly and offer additional options for every solution. The sequence of operations are always explained so that the home owners understand their equipment and how to perform routine maintenance to prevent future issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Having over 20 years experience in the field, installing and servicing, I have seen and fixed it all. However, technology and the advancment of more efficient equipment and products have kept me researching and studying to keep up to date. I have been EPA certified since 1993 which allows me to purchase, handle and work with refrigerants.
