We contracted with Press Play to upgrade our A/V environment for us (new 4K television, audio pre-amp and amp, speakers, Bluray, power management system and a multi-node Sonos audio system. Nick worked with us to design the system that we wanted and then brought his team on board to install all the components and set everything up for us. The install was flawless from the cabling to the physical install to the components to the setup and the integration into our. We now have a state of the art A/V system complete with a whole house audio system (Sonos) that we enjoy every day. I would highly recommend Press Play for both the initial design and implementation as well as their follow up to ensure we were completely satisfied with new systems. They do great work!

A couple who has very little knowledge and very hesitant on anything "tech" was put to ease the moment we consulted with Press Play. From our initial consultation with Nick our fears were put to ease. He took us through each stage of the process and helped design the system we wanted. We felt the time spent in our home should be quality time and that includes watching and listening to a movie as if we were at the movies! What put our decision into perspective was when Press Play treated our investment as if it were their own. We had four large, flat screen televisions in addition to four smaller televisions installed throughout our home. We upgraded our remotes allowing us to control our system with one remote control. These remotes take you step-by-step on how to troubleshoot networking issues. A receiver, that enables you to switch from watching television to listening to music in one touch, a Blueray, and category cable to make our experience even better. We now have a state of the art system. The experience was flawless. I cannot thank the workers at Press Play enough! All of you are amazing!

Press Play Installed a home theater system, 3 other indoor TV's, an outdoor TV and speakers and a Sonos system throughout the house and patio. This was a somewhat technical job where drilling into stone (inside and out) was required. What I thought was going to be a long and drawn out job only took them a day or two to finish. They are great guys who show up on time, finish the work as you agreed on, are a pleasure to work with and are very, very knowledgeable for all things digital and entertainment related. We did not know everything we wanted or needed, so relying on their expertise and having them present us with a couple options was a great way to work through the process. I would recommend them to anyone (and have to many of my friends and clients...) for any job large or small.

I called Press Play when it was time to set up our new Denver branch office in DTC. We are a technology company so we needed all of our cabling done for the cubicles as well as a general set-up of all our major equipment. The Press Play team was outstanding! They did a beautiful job, worked quickly and efficiently. Having any kind of contractors in your office can be difficult for efficiency sake, however the best testament of who these guys are came from one of my employees who half way through day two noticed Nick emerging from the IT closet, looked at me and said, "wow, I had no idea anyone else was here!" They were quiet as could be, fast and efficient. They did such a fantastic job the owner of the company hired them to be his AV crew for his brand new custom home he was building. I would recommend this company in heartbeat.

I had a decent size job done by Press Play. Being that electronics aren't cheap I did my research, and decided their team would suit my needs. I was met by Nick for an initial estimate. He was very courteous and friendly while leaving the pushy used car salesman mentality elsewhere. He scheduled an appointment with me and being that I was having the work done to my house before moving in I was hoping they wouldn't keep me waiting. They showed up at the EXACT time they said they would! The install took the time quoted and to this day I haven't had one issue or needed to contact them for anything quality related! The only time I will contact this company again is to buy some new goodies for the home or have them design something great for my next home! Five stars! I would recommend this company to anybody with complete and upmost confidence!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very much of the mindset that each job is different with its own set of challenges that will need to be overcome. If you are able to provide photos and a description of what needs to happen, we can provide you with a quote. Otherwise, for us to come out, is complimentary and will not cost you anything. This is the best way for us to give you an accurate price and meet you in person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No different than you, we want to make sure we get it right the first time. Upon an initial call or email, we setup a complimentary consultation to meet and discuss your needs. After we view what needs to happen, we will follow-up with a competitive bid and can answer any additional questions. With new construction or remodel projects, we maintain constant and fast communication with your general contractor, architect, designer, and yourself to make sure we are all in the know about upcoming deadlines, etc. We are big on communication and like to work with others that are excited about the final outcome!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The beauty of our business is that it constantly changes and evolves. Technology that was out of reach for most a few years ago is common place today. With this constant shift in technology, we attend regular trainings from our manufacturers to maintain the highest level of knowledge that we pass onto you. And, it's this constant level of change that inspires us to do our best each day.
