- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very much of the mindset that each job is different with its own set of challenges that will need to be overcome. If you are able to provide photos and a description of what needs to happen, we can provide you with a quote. Otherwise, for us to come out, is complimentary and will not cost you anything. This is the best way for us to give you an accurate price and meet you in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No different than you, we want to make sure we get it right the first time. Upon an initial call or email, we setup a complimentary consultation to meet and discuss your needs. After we view what needs to happen, we will follow-up with a competitive bid and can answer any additional questions. With new construction or remodel projects, we maintain constant and fast communication with your general contractor, architect, designer, and yourself to make sure we are all in the know about upcoming deadlines, etc. We are big on communication and like to work with others that are excited about the final outcome!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The beauty of our business is that it constantly changes and evolves. Technology that was out of reach for most a few years ago is common place today. With this constant shift in technology, we attend regular trainings from our manufacturers to maintain the highest level of knowledge that we pass onto you. And, it's this constant level of change that inspires us to do our best each day.
