- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes I price per person, depending on the type of food and the market value at the time, I will price per pound if that is what is wanted by the customer, or just one price for the event. I all varies according to the situation. I donate $ at times to charity events also.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always listen to what the customer wants and then offer samples and suggestions, we work within their budget and give the best food and service they will have ever experienced!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dave has a degree in restaurant and hotel management fro university of Massachusetts. He has owned and operated 3 successful full service restaurants, and now a successful cratering company and food truck business.
