Introduction: The Home Detailer is an online cleaning service with 15+ years of experience. There is a scheduling website to make scheduling as easy as possible. Clients can schedule, reschedule cancel(must be before 24 hrs before an appointment)(we still don't charge fees if it's last minute 24hrs just gives us more wiggle room to go to another appointment), with reminders and reoccurring scheduling. We don't clean with the green products unless requested all products are people and pet-friendly. We use a Clorox product for bathrooms and Mr Clean with Febreeze meadows and rain for floors and surfaces. You can request other products if need be, but we get things done in a better timely fashion when we use what we know. After your home is cleaned you will smell a fresh smell for days. NO fees for canceling or nobody home we will ask to reschedule. Everyone has a reason to reschedule from time to time. Especially during cold and flu season, we ask to please reschedule if anyone is sick at home. Prices listed are suggested prices from the Thumbtack stats, feel free to negotiate a different price for your needs. And right now is a good time to do that because we have moved from the Seattle area and are getting re-established in Arizona and Nevada. Experience comes from working as a Home Joy professional before they closed. When you are a first time customer we suggest you pick a first cleaning appointment. What happens is we will start in the Master bath or Kitchen whichever one needs the most detailing. Then we keep moving to the next rooms and do the same and try to even quickly dust and vacuum before appointment ends. Then when you schedule your next appointment we will start in the opposite direction. We will have a really good idea how much time it takes to clean thereafter. We call that a process cleaning, this way you know every time how much time it will take and not stop in the middle and ask you for more time.
