- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to give them a free in Home Consultation first. It helps them to really get to know us. Our Comfort Advisers are really great at explaining how Efficiency works and how it goes hand in hand with there new A/c unit, in order to provide them with the ultimate Comfort. It really helps in creating a customer for Life. We make it Simple and Friendly regardless of how big or small there project is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our staff is E.P.A Certified and have gone through H.V.A.C Technical Training. We all keep going through continuous education with different manufactures in order to keep up with their latest Technology. We use Manufacture training from Companies like Trane, Ruud, Goodman, Carrier, Lennox , etc. In order to provide Our customers with the best Efficient Solutions and Comfort possible for their Home.
