Interesting how I get a one star review with nothing bad to say about my work. I have photos also I requested money for the extra work I did and was denied. Very verbally mistreated as well. Either way he paid my original estimate and we addressed all concerns before leaving which was one piece of base and fixed it. Wish I could review him.

This was our first experience at having our wood floors done and Dustin was so patient with our questions and answered them in terms we could understand. We are so impressed with your work Dustin, from prepping to replacing, to sanding to staining, to sealing to cleaning, etc. Moreover, we are so glad we were able to keep the original floors. Popping the grains with the stain we chose really brought out the integrity of the woodgrains. To anyone thinking of redoing, replacing and/or adding wood floors, we highly recommend his services. He is talented in his craftsmanship. He customizes and knows his stuff. He's a genuinely good guy, friendly and honest! He is the best!!! We will continue to use him for other rooms as we continue to refurbish and remodel. Thank you, Dustin. We appreciate your work and your patience with us. You're truly the best and can't wait to see more of your fine craftsmanship!

I am honored to be the first review for Everyday Hardwood Floooring !!! I have been researching and quoting and putting off new floors for months. These guys were above the top with their willingness to help and answer every stupid question I had. Even some I knew the answer too just to test them :) Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, fast and affordable. I am so excited and pleased with my new floor!!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive and I offer great package deals. I'm very honest and document every thing and can also manage deals as well for military and senior
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I set up a time to meet and measure the job, then I send my estimate and if accepted we move forward. Then we sign the agreement, schedule a date for work to be performed and collect deposit. Once work is complete we walk the job and address any concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing hardwood flooring now for 15 years. I have worked for 5 different companies in that time and the longest one for about 7. I also went to job corps at 18 and graduated from carpentry.
