This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They didn't clean well, and they destroyed two things in my home. They even threw away the broken piece of the blind like I wouldn't notice. They used harsh chemicals to clean the vent hood and the paint came off in three different places. They only vacuumed certain areas, didn't clean the fridge, and didn't mop the tile floor at all. When calling the owner, David, he wanted his workers to "fix" the hood and blinds. I didn't want those workers who could barely speak English and did such a horrible job to "fix" anything! After asking for a refund, David wouldn't call back and even hung up after figuring out who was on the phone. DO NOT USE FREEDOM CLEANING!!!!Sep 13, 2016VerifiedDavid T.'s reply
Amy I never had the pleasure of meeting you. It was your husband that I had all contact with. Before we leave every cleaning I ask our customers to walk thru the house and make sure it's up to their standards. What does that say about your husband's judgement if the fridge wasn't cleaned, areas not vacuumed or floors weren't mopped? I We don't hide from our cleaning and would of gladly cleaned anything that we missed before we left. As far as my workers, neither you or your husband had any contact with them so to state that they barely spoke english is a unnecessary and ignorant comment.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For any cleaning we go to, we always look at the property before we get started to make sure we go over any other issues or request that you may have. Once everything is agreed upon we get to cleaning. Upon completion, we have you do a walk around your home to make sure everything up to your standards.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We've had the pleasure of working with all types of different customers. From home owners, real estate agents, landlords, and renters. All have been an experience we learn from and helps us continue to grow as a company.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Communication, Communication, & Communication! Make sure you hire someone who answers any questions you may have and will communicate with you throughout the entire process. You should never be left wondering "What's Next?" with the person you hire. Who you hire should be experienced and take pride in the work they do. The provider must have a passion for cleaning and must want to see your home cleaned as much as you do.
