There was no confirmation call before or on the date of the scheduled move-out cleaning. When I called to inquire about the status, as it was past the schedule time, the call was abruptly disconnected. Repeated calls either went to directly to voicemail or were unanswered. I was left without a cleaning option as I had no time to find another cleaning service, therefore very bad impression and experience.
