- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate for the wedding day is $400 and $20/hour for editing a video. To edit a wedding video takes about 2-3 days for me. Before your wedding day, I would like to have the chance to meet you and your fiance to go over the important details for your wedding. I also have a detailed list of what to expect for me as the only videographer for this rate upon request. If you would like to hire me and a secondary videographer, I have that pricing available to upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I always like to either meet in person or talk with them on the phone. Having the assurance that my services are legitimate and knowing what to expect from me is extremely valuable. Making sure every aspect of client's needs are met is also important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree from Kendall College of Art and design for Digital Media Motion Graphics. My 5+ years of experience as a videographer is something that I have pursued on my own working with businesses in West Michigan.
