Zero One Data Solutions, LLC
About this pro
I accidentally performed a system restoration on my laptop without any backup and certainly I lost my old years precious data. After a bit of research online and conversations with IT people in my company, I regained the confidence to find them back. Jason from Zero One contacted me from Thumbtack and he explained how system restoration works and his plan to recover my data in details. Also, he clearly expressed his worries and concerns since some of the data might get overwritten or permanently wiped off. In the service period, Derek came to pick up my laptop, and Jason did a quick diagnosis on my machine and came back with updates at the same night without any money paid upfront. He tried multiple traditional methods but can't find anything but he didn't push it back and give up; instead he used his expertise to find his own way to access to my old data. Most of my precious photos, some word and pdf files are recovered. Those two guys are very friendly and even you are not a data expert, he will help you understand what he is doing with common words patiently and professionally. Whatever he was going to perform, he always asked my permission first and gave his best advice. And Zero One charges the data extraction service at a flat price, not depending on how much data recovered. I would highly recommend this company and service to any friend around me who has the same issue or need. Thank you, Jason!Apr 13, 2017Verified
