- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Month to month memberships of either half hour or one hour sessions. The rate per session depends on how many sessions are trained per week and length of session. The base pricing are $55 for a single 30 minute session and $75 for a single 1 hour session. More training sessions in a monthly membership reduces the base pricing for example 4, 1 hour sessions in a month is $240/ month; each session is then worth $60 so 8, 1 hour training sessions in a month would be $440, $55 each session. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any new client I always set up an initial consultation, where we talk about your fitness goals and what you want to accomplish with the training. After figuring out exactly what you are interested in I take you through a movement evaluation (very simple, you won't even sweat) where I can see how well you move through basic exercises. Based off your goals and performance in the evaluation I will make a recommendation for training style, frequency, duration, etc. Next step is setting up the consultation! Let's set up a day and a time that works well for you. :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of personal training experience prior to coaching CrossFit as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and athletic coaching. I excel in one on one personal training where I can focus solely on how well your workout is going and make any corrections to your form or change the intensity to best suite your fitness level.
