Eight years of successful training experience with clients seeking weight loss, muscle gain, sport performance, strength, flexibility, firming, toning and overall fitness. Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. I enjoy the challenge of helping others by working with them to achieve better movement and performance in the gym and establishing healthy habits outside the gym which reflects on their overall health and well being.

Best training I've ever had! The coaches are extremely knowledgable of crossfit and personal training aspects of fitness. They are down to earth and know how to train you to accomplish your goals and help you make new ones!

My overall experience training with Bobby has been amazing. His knowledge and understanding of personal training and getting you motivated is just awesome. I have seen huge gains in both my strength and mobility due to the time and program Bobby has put together for me.

I've worked one on one with Bobby for the past few months, and it was a great way to not only get stronger, and add muscle, but to also work on technique. Personal Training has launched me towards my goals in a way I couldn't imagine on my own.
