Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Our many experiences in life shape the way we think about ourselves and the world around us. We use these shaped thoughts to make decisions and form relationships. Many times they are healthy rational thoughts, but at times we fall into an unhealthy irrational pattern that can create chaos in our lives. My role as a therapist is to help you increase your awareness and sort out the chaos. I enjoy building strong therapeutic relationships founded on empathy and respect that shapes a safe environment. Join me in a conversation that will walk you down a path of self discovery. I have experience with a variety of mental health issues that impact teens and adults. I have been highly effective with relationship issues of all kinds. I have specific experience with helping couples through post partum depression, marital therapy, and healing from traumatic events. My hope is that you have a personable experience and walk away feeling supported and motivated to face the challenges ahead of you. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Most clients have insurance that I see and that covers a portion of the fee. Fee's vary depending on the type of insurance. The fee's without using insurance are $165 for an initial evaluation and $125 for therapy visits.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Upon receiving an interest in therapy from a client I will call or e-mail to answer any additional questions and then set up our first appointment.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelors degree in psychology and a masters degree in clinical social work. I have specific training in marital training from the Gottman Institute and Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
