Introduction: Food is my life, my passion, and my art, and has been since I was six years old. I have dedicated a large portion of my life obtaining recipes, techniques, skills, and I love imparting my knowledge onto others, thus helping to create a more delicious world! I love teaching people how to cook, and just how easy it can be. When someone creates something amazing after learning a new skill or dish from me, I fell incredible fulfillment. Food is a necessity in life, but great food is a choice, one I feel everyone should be able to make. I love showing people just how easy and affordable it can be to eat like a four star restaurant any day or night of the week. And of course, I love the food!
