- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is guaranteed for up to one (1) year. We provide discounts if the client has multiple office sites.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we visit the location that they would like to have clean and do a thorough walkthrough with them. We then sit down and discuss what they are looking for and how our cleaning service can help them achieve these goals. Every 30 days we contact the customer to follow up with them if there are any questions, issues, feedback or additional service that they would like to request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had experience in cleaning apartments, houses, and business. I also have a degree in business and experience running another business.
