- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for furniture assembly is per request if all the information is provided and for organizing is hourly because it is difficult to know the scope of work that needs to be done. However, these things are negotiable and I can come out and take a look at what needs to be done and provide a more accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send a quote with a set or hourly rate, depending on what type of a request it is, and provide my phone number for communication, addressing questions or concerns, and scheduling.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Provide as much detail as possible about size, weight, etc. It ensures a more accurate quote and gives an opportunity for professionals to prepare better.
