- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Each project is priced based specifically on what the customer requests. If we are asked to do substandard or questionable work. We will make sure that the customer is aware that they are asking for substandard work and any available warranties will be null and void.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, whether it is from a call or email. We will call them so that we can gather additional information about the project and make sure we have all the necessary contact information. Next we will create an estimate for their project and email it directly to them. At this point the customer can make changes or completely alter the estimate. Once the estimate is approved, and signed, by the customer it will move into scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We make sure that all necessary licensing and training is in place for all the skills/trades that we offer.
