- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Details are crucial, so I make certain that I understand exactly what my customer's wants and needs are. Once we've communicated extensively and have come to an agreement, I then draw up a contract specifically tailored to their event for us both to agree upon and sign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently RAMP Certified by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, and have a Bar Smarts Wired Advanced Certificate. I have also trained extensively with a professional mixologist, whilst logging thousands of hours on and off the clock practicing my craft.
