FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but the job HAS to be looked at to give the best price and job possible to the client. Doing an estimate site unseen is like buying a car and not seeing it at all or it mechanics. So an in home/office consultation is necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Emails or texts at first, then set up meeting to view the scope of the project at hand making the client more comfortable with our staff when meeting the owner of the company himself, which is me. Then once prices are negotiated then we commence work on the project to completion. Our company is known for doing more than required as we want to make the client very happy so they will highly recommend us in the future and also refer us to their friends and colleagues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I apprenticed under my mother who has the same types of businesses. I also went to an accredited 4 year University and graduated with a Batchelors degree in Business Administration. I have been doing this business for over 30 years.
