After speaking with her, she just kept speaking nonsense and I even had to guide her in getting to the point of algebra and why we were there, showing her his paper. I then listened to her "tutor" my son and after speaking with my son in private, we found her to be lacking in knowledge of Algebra I. And, she was quite rude. I asked her if she had a degree in Mathematics and she then looked at me with an attitude and asked me if I had a degree in Mathematics. We told her we didn't think this would work because she didn't seem to have knowledge and we didn't have a good working relationship. We thanked her for showing-up and gave her $3, more than she should get, and said goodbye. That was a whole 10 minutes. We told her we weren't going to pay her $35 because she did nothing. Do not hire her. She is a sham.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please call for a direct quote. My pricing is based on one or two sessions weekly with payment once monthly. I offer a discount if you make lesson payment once every two months for my sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a 10 minute phone consultation and then a 30 minute meet and greet at Starbucks. You will sign a 1 year agreement to accept my pet boarding services or music lessons. I prefer to only service to committed clients!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Music degree with additional courses in secondary ed. plus previous nanny and preschool experience. I am working on an online certification course at the moment.
