- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please call for a direct quote. My pricing is based on one or two sessions weekly with payment once monthly. I offer a discount if you make lesson payment once every two months for my sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a 10 minute phone consultation and then a 30 minute meet and greet at Starbucks. You will sign a 1 year agreement to accept my pet boarding services or music lessons. I prefer to only service to committed clients!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Music degree with additional courses in secondary ed. plus previous nanny and preschool experience. I am working on an online certification course at the moment.
