Thanks primarily to Thumtack's bureaucratic over reach and clumsey set up, it's a miracle we got together at all... it has taken nearly 2weeks of miscommunication to finally get an appoinment so I can't give a judgment because we have yet to consumate our agreement...

She is not a groomer. She does not know how to groom and didn't have the necessary tools to groom. The ”Spa” she talks about is an outdoor dog washing stand by the carwash. When I first saw it, I started to tell my husband we were leaving, and I truly wish I had. We were there for 2 hours. Our cat looks pitiful, she cut his skin, he was traumatized and so were we. I didn't let her finish. I hate myself for not checking her references better.

Hello Sandra, I want to take a moment to respond and first to say thank you for coming. In my university, we studied the importance of a sandwich criticism which balances positivity with negativity. First of all, my pet spa at my condominium is a professional pet spa by the outside dog park just the same one as they have in pet salons. Secondly, I had pet care shampoo and scissors which are proper supplies. Third, your cat looks much better than before, and is free from painful mats in the fur. Finally, I have good references of cat grooming, and it takes twice as long to groom a large ,20 lb cat, and to prevent it from biting while keeping it calm. This review clearly demonstrated a personal discrimination and included zero positivity in its response, which is both unfair and untrue in content. I am sorry the way that you misunderstood and hope that you will consider my apology and also perspective, considering that most of my other clients have given me a 4 to 5 star rating...
