Introduction: I have a passion for helping people to identify stressors in their lives that are the source of anxiety, depression, interpersonal, and work place issues, just to name a few. Should you feel that you are facing stressors that you have not been able to successfully manage alone, I encourage you to contact me for an initial consultation to discuss how I, or another clinician in the group, may assist in identifying and resolving those issues. With a background in Child and Family Studies and Social Work, I consider myself to be a generalist practitioner with a focus on individuals and family dynamics. I have a love for working with aging populations and those dealing with the very unique dynamics of coping with terminal illness. I love helping others gain insight about their life and make major improvement.
