  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We are happy to work with you to accommodate your budget. A 25% deposit is required to reserve the date. It is fully refundable if cancelled with more than 30 days notice. Discounts for military and law enforcement!! There will be a 15% overage fee if the actual guest attendance is greater than 10% of the expected number of guests.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We have been doing this for a long time, working in kitchens and numerous restaurants. 2 of us are culinary managers for corporate restaurant chain

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Food and restaurants were our first jobs. We have stuck with it and have been in it for over 10 years now.
