- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing are not fixed because services in the beauty industry always requires some other services to achieve their desired looks. I also do discounts on some occasions when possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First when I meet a new customer I always introduce myself and then I go ahead with a formal consultation in other to understand the client’s needs. Then I proceed to the services making sure that all our conversation is mostly on achieving the clients requirements. After the service is complete I give my recommendations on the products to use in maintaining the style and then I make sure to ask about her next visit and then give her my business card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually take education very seriously because getting good results really needs knowledge. I have a cosmetology license, and I have taken series of certifications in Brazilian blowouts, Hair Extension services, advance Color education, Ear piercings and much more on the way because knowledge requires continuity.
