What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will analyze your space during the FREE Clutter Assessment and then the client may choose a written DIY action plan or schedule an organizing session with the coach. There are no minimum hours for scheduling; however, the client will see the greatest impact on their space during a 3-hr session.
Once the job is completed, we will offer a maintenance plan in which we provide in-home (or in-office) organizing services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Clutter Coach has a bachelors degree in special education, several years of teaching experience in the field of special education, and has continued her graduate studies in the fields of education and psychology.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a professional organizer who is competent and clicks well with your personality. A good professional organizer never makes you feel guilty about your home, and will always be a positive, motivating force as you reach for your goals.
