do your homework ask for references and pictures of previous jobs done- make sure who you choose is bonded ,licensed and carries workman comp- never pay until the job is completed to your satisfaction -if the quote is too cheap remember there is a reason why let the buyer beware the man is nice i wish him all the best but our issues have to be resolved by other means
