About
I am a certified yoga instructor offering customized private instruction focused on uniting mind, body and spirit through a Vinyasa flow style. I have taught yoga professionally at Shanti Toga & Counseling in Gulfport, MS since August of 2017. I currently teach 4 yoga classes a week at this studio.
I love teaching and practicing yoga because Yoga offers body alignment, stress relief, relieves muscle tension and tones the body without causing exhaustion but most importantly it balances mind and body. My goal is to guide you in acquiring the inner and outer strength yoga has to offer you.
