- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system, I can quote pretty closely based on square footage and frequency but the best quote is an in person quote. I tend to pay attention to how long each job will take and how much detail is involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually meet with a new customer a few days prior to start and go over the work that will be performed. Once our crew is on site we work off a checklist to ensure all items are completed and I personally double check and sign off on the work. In addition to the checklist we take before and after pictures that are sent over to the customer that same day/night. In the commercial aspect of our business I spend about 30 days at each new site with the crew, I believe that I need to be a part of the crew to fully understand the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am IICRC certified in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, VCT floor work and general flooring plus stone floors.
