Mike and Bill were super easy to work with and helpful right from the quotation to buying the material, all the way to the completed job. They went above and beyond to even help us out with a couple of minor fixes and touch ups that came up at the last minute. Michael came by and gave a free itemized estimate on several areas of my home, which allowed me to do the work as time and budget would allow. The estimates were very reasonable. We scheduled an appointment to first start on my powder room. He repaired drywall, painted, installed a toilet paper holder, towel ring and hung a mirror. He showed up on time and days after would call if he was running a few minutes late. We had broken our towel bar which left a hole in the wall. My husband had done a very poor patch job. Michael made it look like a hole had never existed. Michael suggested we go with a towel ring instead of a towel bar which was more appropriate for the size of the room. Great suggestion. He also removed a large mirror that had been glued to the wall. He carefully and neatly removed the mirror and immediately used his own vacuum to clean the little debris that remained. He then miraculously repaired the drywall. Prior to painting, he removed the exhaust cover and vacuumed the dust from the exhaust, removed the medicine cabinet and taped off the appropriate areas. He pays close attention to detail and is very neat. He made sure I had cleaned the exhaust cover and medicine cabinet before replacing them. A day or two later he painted the walls and ceiling. I was very indecisive about the paint color and chose a different finish than what Michael had recommended, which caused us to lose a day. Michael was very patient and did not charge me an additional fee. I should have listened to his expertise because his original recommendation was the right choice. The previous toilet paper holder had been drilled through tile on the wall. The new holder had different measurements and mounting system. He took his time and thought of a way to configure the new one so that it fit without ruining the existing tile. He also screwed in the new bronze outlet covers I purchased. One of the screws that came with the cover was too long. Michael took the screw from the original one and used a finishing marker to cover the head so that it matched the bronze. It this small attention to detail that impressed me. Michael took pride in everything he did, both large and small. He is very clean, detail oriented, educates you about the process and will exceed your expectations. I highly recommend Michael. You will not be disappointed.

Incredible job at an incredible rate. Total professionals. Had a stairwell and two-story foyer that tied into a living room. Clean lines. The landing at the base of the stairwell had endured three children – many dents and scuffs. Results looked like new.
