- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are both reasonable and negotionable when it comes to pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we build communication. We build the bridge that allows all aspects of communication. Then, we schedule a meeting with the customer to build the relationship. Then, going forth, we work hard to maintain trust and reliability with each and every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
RBSM (Registered Building Service Manager) -A title and certification that was achieved with copious amounts of classes and courses taken in order to meet a National Standard of excellence in the commercial and residential cleaning industry. It gives the client a sense of trust because they are dealing with someone who knows what they are talking about, has the experience and has the title to verify it.
