Mark is the best. I spent a year getting multiple estimates to get an outdoor fireplace built. Most contractors never called me back. Mark always followed through from the beginning. He is truly passionate about design, does quality work, and is fairly priced. The job got done quicker than I expected too. I would definitely use him again.

Mark and his crew did a great job transforming my yard. I just had a general idea of the desired result but Mark took it to a different level. He suggested the replacement of the cracked concrete patio and walkway with pavers and I am glad I followed his advice. He also installed the bubbler next to the patio, which makes this spot very pleasant. The old overgrown bushes and trees around the house were removed and replaced with plants appropriate for their location. The job was done quickly and pricing was competitive. Attached are before and after photos.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we have unit rates for specific services most projects require either a site visit, or some input, in order to give the customer the most return from their investment in their property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide an initial free consultation on any project. This can usually be accomplished with a phone call to assure that our services and the customers needs are compatible. After an initial phone call a free site visit with the owner is scheduled to view the site and listen to the customers needs. For larger projects like outdoor living areas we provide our years of architectural design experience, detailed drawings, 3-D models and other graphic illustrations to help the client visualize our solution for their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a multi-state licensed architect with over 20 years of residential and commercial design experience. We have provided hardscape, landscape and grounds services for over 15 years and one of the top designers and builders of outdoor living areas for the last 6 years.
