Choosing a petsitter is like choosing a member of your family. Finding someone to trust with our pets and our home is challenging. Over the past several years John has taken care of our two dogs for midday visits and stayed with them when we have been out of town for extended periods of time for work and vacation. John impressed us with his deep love for all the pets he cares for. He truly gets to know their personalities and all too frequently, especially after we are away for a few days, we come home to better behaved dogs than we left. He also goes above and beyond by sending texts/photos of our pets and their activities. John is a wonderful petsitter, there is no one that we could recommend more highly to take care of your furry friends.

John has been caring for our pets for two years now! He is not only a reliable and trustworthy person, but so very caring and loving toward them. We never worry when we travel because he is here for overnight visits with them. He visits for weekly midday walks and always texts with a friendly update on their day to let us know all is well. We know our girls are happy and content when he is here. He is the best and we highly recommend him!!

The best thing I can probably say about John is, I won't travel unless John can care for my boys. I have to wonderful boxers and I will literally change my travel plans to suit his availability. My boys love him, my neighbors love him, he loves my dogs, he does a fantastic job. When I leave home to travel, I can go in peace because I know everything will be OK. Problem is, I don't even think the boys miss me while I'm gone, they have it so good. To sum it up, John does a wonderful job and I'm glad I found him.

I met John on this site because I needed someone to watch my cat Louie for a week after moving to a new place where I knew literally no one. It was my first experience allowing a stranger into my home and I didn’t know how to feel about it initially. John is like family to us now. His professionalism and heart for animals really show through his work. He sends me updates every day he is over and writes detailed notes about his experience. I’ve met a lot of “animal people” through my past experiences working at animal hospitals and shelters, etc.. so I can tell when people can really connect with animals. John has a rare talent for making animals trust him and feel safe and happy. To anyone who needs a pet sitter who will be everything you’d want in a pet sitter, look no further. John is the gold standard.
