- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I approach every project as if it was mine. Meaning I select the same equipment for my clients that I would if I was installing it in my company and I price my projects appropriately. I do not nickel and dime my clients. My pricing is competitive and fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the client (corporate) to discuss what type of business they are in and where they see their business 5 years from now. Then I put together a technology plan to assist them in achieving their goals
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years hands on experience plus have been both Microsoft/ Cisco certified.
