- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies. Every transaction is as unique as the person. Meaning, no two transactions are the same. Everybody is different in their wants and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment to meet, buyers too, just to make sure we’d be a good fit. Yes, I turn clients away as well, then I go over how I work and my guarantees. Answer any and all questions, make sure everybody’s on the same page, sign the papers and start my grind!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to business school for two years, majored in operations management minored in psych. Did my pre cert at McColly School of Real Estate. Went to 2 different companies to see where I fit in and ended at C21Affiliated. I have 2 coaches and am a non stop learner.
