- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum fee for home visit with 1 phone follow up is $50. Parts if required are extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend a lot of time listening to new customers. I want every customer to know technology is most useful when their expectations are factored in the design. They are the experts on their wants and my job is to recommend sound technology solutions to deliver them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.S. in Computer Science, Microsoft MCP & MCSE, numerous courses on networks and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
