- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, compared to ongoing regional rates, with my years of experience. It may not be the lowest, but the result will confirm that you made the right choice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being able to capture “it” - that fleeting moment in time when an individual or a family's true-self shows - to be recorded for posterity requires a personal connection. I am genuinely interested in people and their life stories. So, my approach varies: I may be a documentary interviewer producing a film of someone's life. And as I ask questions I may keep shooting. Invariably candid and transparent moments show at the right moment. Or in some cases, I may be more involved in directing poses, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been shooting for over 30 years and, mostly, self-taught. I also participate in workshops when I can, such one recently in the New York City area.
