- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour for graphic design and marketing services, I am very organized, task and deadline savvy which my many references will confirm and appreciate. I also can provide a package quote to include marketing and design services if requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very easy to work with and start by asking the customer what their marketing and/or design goals are, what the priorities are (event marketing, new branding look, media placement, sponsorship management), establishing clear deadlines and confirm the best way they like to communicate via text, email or by phone. I also ask what their budget is so this helps me know the number of hours I have to work with to reach their marketing and design goals. If their immediate design budget does not fit with the amount of tasks, I explain how much design work I can get completed and adjust from there. Most times, customers are pleased with the progress and quality of my designs and we stretch the projects out over an extended time if they need a larger budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I specialize in event marketing and have many years of experience, education and leadership training including Fresno State University for graphic design, NYU and UCLA leadership programs and additional continued education. I have been blessed to study, learn and appreciate all the various forms of marketing, media and print technology from my career over the past 20 years.
