- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standard pricing system for my services since each customer's needs may be different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much info about the job before offering to meet with my customers. This allows me to concentrate on their needs.The more I know about the job the more prepared I am to offer ideas and input. I set up a free in-home consulation to take measurements of the project and share ideas of what will work best. Next I put together an estimate or proposal and if agreed we put the project into production. Lead time and installation times differ depending on the intricacy of each project.

Experience, experience, experience. Managerial experience. Installation training. Reading up on the trade and references to everything GLASS.
