Chris and her team turned our 80s-era kitchen and living room into a modern, open floor plan masterpiece! The results are incredible. She did everything, with great attention to detail and my style preferences, from remove walls and widening doorways to installing new cabinets and hardwood floors to gutting and replacing a brick fireplace with a modern sapelle wood design. Wise Property Management literally created a masterpiece in our home. My husband and I were very impressed by her detailed estimate, communication before and during the construction, and her craftsmanship, esp. with our fireplace. Plus, she and her team busted their butts here everyday day until the project was complete. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to even the most finicky customer.

My new kitchen is great! Team was professional and neat, which is very important. It's hard to be without a kitchen but they did everything they could to make the experience less stressful. Cleaned up each day, and as they went along, to keep dust to a minimum. And the hardwood floors are amazing! The focus was on detail, which is exactly what I wanted. Definitely would recommend this team.

I typically price each job by the job, after I've had a look to see what it will involve.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A face to face meeting where we discuss a customer's wishes and expectations. Keeping open communication as work proceeds so the customer knows completely what part of the process we are at during the project. Answering any questions or concerns as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have remodeled homes my whole life. I began doing it as full time work in 2003. I have taken many classes and read much about home improvements, and I'm continually learning new things on the job.
