- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based per night, or per visit. There are discounts for 4 or more nights and/or for more than one pet. Our prices are competitive with local boarding facilities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
DOGS: First, we'll set up a time and place for your dog to visit with our two dogs. We want to make sure each dog will be safe and comfortable in our home while visiting. Our dogs are experienced with having pets of all sizes stay in our home and become part of our family - we don't usually encounter problems.Dogs can be walked and/or tied in our yard for short periods of time - your choice. CATS: We do not require a meeting before housing your cat(s). Cats are kept in one of our bedrooms without any other persons' cats present. They will not be in a crate - they'll be able to move about the room freely and we will come and feed, visit, play and love on them regularly. Their litter box will be cleaned twice a day. ANY PET: You will always be notified if an urgent medical situation arises and we will transport your pet to you designated veterinarian if an emergency develops. Hasn't happened so far, but we want you to be assured your pet(s) will be well-taken care of during their stay. We are also available for pet-walking or visits to your home while you are on vacation. Unfortunately, we are not able to pet-sit in your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have always had well-loved pets and we keep a clean, safe home.We have flexible hours for you to drop off or pick up your pets.We will be adding plenty of referrals to our site soon. In the meantime, please ask and we will happy to have you hear about our services from our clients.
