- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $200 non refundable set up fee to save the date. Prices are then based on a per person quantity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email questionnaire, follow up w/ phone interview, once the customer has decided Grillizza is for them, a tasting to help decide final menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I said earlier, I've been in the restaurant industry over half my life, I may not have classic training, however I was have all the hands on experience a person could ask for.
