- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is based off of a one hour consultation as well as a full follow up email summarizing the discussion and outlining future action items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The one hour consult is broken up (loosely) into the following segments: a. High-level dialogue regarding the client's background and current circumstances. b. In-depth discussion about the client's hopes/dreams for the future (short-term and long-term). c. Development of a plan of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent over 22 years working on five continents with hundreds of thousands of adults, teens and kids. I did my undergraduate in Economics and Political Science. I also have a degree in Theology. In addition, I finished a four year undergraduate program at Oxford (England) in Philosophy. Professionally, I've worked on the following: - consulted for Federal, Provincial and Municipal governments - founded and run three large-scale not-for-profits - worked in inner-cities (such as the soutside of Chicago), northern wildernness (native reserves in Quebec, Canada) and everywhere in between - owned and sold restaurants - bought, renovated and flipped dozens of real estate properties across the US.
