Rather than a standard pricing system, I offer creative service that falls within a comfortable budget for my client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial phone conversation where I hear more specific details about your personal needs or goals for the event, I can make suggestion for an appropriate menu and can give an accurate quote. I often come to see where the event is being held so I can plan a strategy for a successful event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Culinary Arts in France and have had extensive restaurant, catering and Personal Chef experience.
