- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's Job specific and pricing details can increase depending on how many trades are included within each specific project. (I.e. Replacing paneling wall with drywall, install new can recessed lighting, mud/tape, trim, paint) this project requires finish carpentry, demo, electrical, and painting. More expensive than just completing a drywall project. Quick basic price- $50 per man hour for labor
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience in the field. Four years apprenticeship training through the New England Carpenters training fund in Millbury Ma. Journeyman Carpenter of the Local 33 Metro Boston local. Many Qualifications and certifications through NECTF CPR Trained Boom lift, scissor lift cert. Scaffold erector Cert. OSHA 30 certified OSHA 10 Certified MARR swing erectors and scaffold cert. Hotworks Cert.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first job at 17 years old was residential roofing and siding. 15 years later I entered the carpenters union (Local 33 Boston). I enjoy finish work but have obtained a wide variety of skills over the years making myself available for many different scopes of work.
