- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always negotiable and customizable! Feel free to ask about discounts I run monthly!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first suggest a meeting so we can get to know each other, to make sure it’s a good fit. My top goal is for my clients to feel comfortable. Talking through text or phone is a great way to understand my clients needs. I work a lot with example pictures. Clients who send me pictures for what they are looking for really help me understand what style and direction I want to go with. Sometimes stylists speak in a way that is hard for someone who doesn’t know about hair to understand, like color tones and where the hair will fall when cutting. Pictures help me understand exactly what you mean by saying blonde or copper brown, because my blonde can be different then what a client thinks is blonde! Pictures get stylist and client on the same page!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my cosmetology license from Capri institute of Hair Design and a marketing degree from Cleveland State University. I also have taking many classes in color/cutting techniques, product knowledge and color trends in the past 10 years.
