Swannworks Films brings a fresh new look to Event & Wedding Videography. We feel the most important aspect of your experience is for our clients to be in full control of their process. It is important for you the customer to have control of your budget as well as the final product! We want our clients to fully "Realize Their Vison"
A Brief outline of our Booking process is as follows:
$250/Hr (6 Hr Filming Minimum) *This hourly rate does not include Editing Fees. Editing fees are additional.
We do currently offer Live Stream Services. (We do not however do any Zoom livestreams)
1) Once we have made initial contact with a customer the next step is to set up a phone call to discuss the details of your event in more detail.
2) Once we have a clear understanding of the details of your event. We will then provide you with a contract.
3) Upon the signing of the agreement by both parties, we then would require a 50% deposit to hold your date.
4) Once all these steps are completed we are now ready to help you "Realize Your Vision" for your special day!o

My wedding was almost a year ago and although a little late, I wanted to acknowledge Keida's amazing work. The videos he provided were everything we had dreamed of...we can watch them over and over again. His attention to detail is what set him apart and he did not disappoint!

Our wedding was only a couple weeks ago, so we’ve only seen our trailer so far but it is AMAZING. The first time we watched it we both cried happy tears within the first 10 seconds. Keida does an amazing job communicating what he does and listening to what we want from his services. From first contact and throughout the process, he was always quick to respond to our questions, which was important for us since we only contacted him 1 month before the wedding (sorry Keida). We can’t say enough good things about him and the services he provides!

My Husband and I's experience with Keida was beyond our expectations, and we are floored with the compliments we have received on our video! When I hired Swannworks Films to shoot a highlight video of our wedding I wasn't too sure what we'd be getting, but after watching other couples videos I decided to take the chance. I am beyond the moon happy that we hired Keida we received our highlight video 90 days after the wedding and I fell in love all over again. This video touched on everything that was important to us and the little decor details that were important to me. I honestly happy cried when watching this video for the first time. Another thing I enjoyed about Keida is you truly get the full package treatment with him, and he makes it easy to be on camera all day!

WOW. Working with Keida exceeded our expectations from the very first time we communicated he was responsive and extremely friendly. I never felt like I was annoying him with questions and he always responded right away which is a really big deal when you are planning for a wedding! Initially, we weren't sure if we should have a videographer but for anyone who is on the fence about it, it was worth every penny. We had multiple vendors and the value of reliving our special day with Keida's AMAZING filming was priceless. He was on time, super easy to work with and super respectful. What more can you ask for?! The day we got the highlight video we sent it to our family and friends and every single one of them was blown away. Many were in tears of how well he did the video and how well he was able to capture the most important aspects of the wedding. I can't say enough about Keida and his professionalism. If you are looking for a videographer, look no more, Keida is THE person to do it. You'll want to keep your video on repeat after getting his amazing footage! I can’t say enough great things about Keida! If you are on the fence about hiring a videographer for your Wedding please just go ahead and throw that out the window. The day goes by in a heartbeat and you realize you barely got to experience any of it at all. We will treasure the footage we get from keida for the rest of our lives.
