- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on how many people you need catering for. Smaller parties are more per person, there are price breaks for larger parties. Prices also depend on what kind of menu and service you are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we always need to establish the exact needs of the client, next we need to know the budget. After this is established we can create a custom plan to fit each clients unique needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Derek has over 20 years of experience in the food service industry. He Graduated from the Diablo Valley College culinary program.
